The Julius Wagner School Lab at the Institute for Didactics of Chemistry was officially opened in September 2016.

From chocolate to deadly criminal cases, there is almost nothing that school classes can't explore for themselves. Pupils from grammar schools and secondary schools can experience how interesting chemistry is by performing own experiments and solving challenging problems.

Motivated chemistry students are often involved in supervising the pupils as part of their practical training.
