What is ASC?
The ASC is shorthand for M.Sc. Advanced Spectroscopy in Chemistry - a two year European Master programme (4 semesters, 30 ECTS each) jointly designed and operated by 5 European universities, i.e. the University of Lille, Alma Mater of Bologna, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, University of Leipzig and University of Helsinki. The ASC master programme has been selected, and financed two times in a row by the prominent Erasmus Mundus programme (EMJMD) of the European Union.
In the framework of the ASC master programme, the ASC Winter School gives students the opportunity to meet in the same place once a year. First-year students will therefore meet all second-year students, as well as former ASC students. It will also be the moment for first year students to network with invited professors from the consortium. The winter school is open to participants from outside the ASC programme
